Sheraton Meadowlands
Hotel and Conference Center
East Rutherford, NJ – Renovation of a 427 room hotel with two kitchens, one restaurant, one bar, a Starbucks coffee shop, and 25,000 square feet of function space. Services included: assessments, programming, concept development, kitchen design, bidding, construction administration, and specifying and procurement of all food and beverage operating supplies and equipment.

Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel
Linthicum, MD – New construction of a 280 room hotel with one restaurant, one bar, a coffee bar and 11,000 square feet of function space. Services included: Owner’s representation, project management, strategic planning, programming, space planning, bidding and procurement, construction administration, and specifying and procurement of all food and beverage operating supplies and equipment.

Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Hotels, Arundel Mills
Arundel Mills, MD – New construction of a stacked co-branded hotel with a combined total of 250 rooms. Services included: programming, kitchen and laundry design, bidding and procurement, construction administration, and specifying and procurement of all food and beverage operating supplies and equipment.

Parkway Center
Dulles, VA – New construction with a total of 135 rooms. Services included: programming, kitchen and laundry design, bidding and procurement, construction administration, and specifying and procurement of all food and beverage operating supplies and equipment.

Aloft Hotel Dulles Parkway Center
Dulles, VA – New construction with a total of 136 rooms. Services included: programming, kitchen and laundry design, bidding and procurement, construction administration, and specifying and procurement of all food and beverage operating supplies and equipment.

Aloft Hotel BWI Airport
Linthicum, MD – New construction with a total of 136 rooms. Services included: programming, kitchen design, bidding and procurement, construction administration, and specifying and procurement of all food and beverage operating supplies and equipment.

Lakewood Country Club
Rockville, MD – Master planning for future renovations and expansion. Services included: assessments, analyses, strategic planning, space planning, programming, and schematic design. Phase two included a full renovation and addition to the Grill Room kitchen and bar and redesign of their existing Overlook and Terrace Restaurants. Services included equipment design, bidding and procurement, and construction administration.

CulinAerie
Washington, DC– A recreational cooking school and demonstration kitchen offering cooking classes, events and workshops for groups, private parties and corporate events as well as international cuisine seminars. Services included programming, kitchen design, and construction administration.
