including equipment selection, utility requirements and development of construction documents.

Programming and Space Planning:
defining all variables that impact the equipment and design.

Bidding and Procurement:
obtaining and analyzing bids from contractors and assisting in the contracting process for the specified equipment.

Construction Administration:
overseeing the construction process and equipment installation, responding to requests from contractors and providing technical expertise.

Assessments and Strategic Planning:
analyzing new and existing facilities, equipment, efficiency factors, workflow and throughput factors and other variables that affect the ability to drive revenue and contain costs.

Purchasing:
planning, specifying, designng, and purchasing of operating supplies and equipment (smallwares, table top, linen, etc.) for hotel food and beverage departments and any commercial foodservice facility.
